My mother said my brother who was placed for adoption was born in either 86 or 87. That would have made her 26 or 27. She has the actual birth month written down at home but she is currently out of town and is thinking it was September. The foster parent that cared for my brother for a short time was located in Barnhart, MO the foster mom's name was Carola McNealy. My mother recently reached out to her and she stated the adoption took place in Jefferson County, Hillsboro, MO. If you think we may be a match I have complete a DNA test on Ancestry.
