Additional Info
I believe I am the Great Uncle of Mathew Breen. I was working on family history and his posting showed up on your site (adoption record 17456). His mother lived in Reseda at the time of his birth, which is adjacent to Tarzana. This was a pre-arranged adoption. So, all in our family knew he was being adopted by the Breen family, and that his name would be Mathew. His name with that birthdate: Sept 20, 1992 was entered in our family bible at that time.
