His mother lived in Reseda at the time of his birth, which is adjacent to Tarzana. This was a pre-arranged adoption. So, all in our family knew he was being adopted by the Breen family, and that his name would be Mathew. His name with that birthdate: Sept 20, 1992 was entered in our family bible at that time.
