Additional Info
Joshua was adopted by Larry and Dana Bradley. It was agreed it would be an open adoption pictures would be sent and cards would be allowed on holidays. No pictures were ever received we're not even sure if his name was changed. The only reason he was given up was because the state said my mother was medically unable to take care of him. He was placed in temporary medical foster care for 30 days which turned into eternity. My mother did not have a vehicle the state provided Transportation once a month from Kirksville to Columbia Missouri. After a while Josh no longer knew who we were he would cry the whole time we visited. That broke my mother's heart and led to her signing the adoption papers.
