My sister and I are currently looking for her 1st born son that she placed for adoption in 1984. His birth name was Andrew Nicholas Fry, he was born with blonde hair and blue eyes. We know that he was in foster care for 1 month and then was adopted out after that. A caseworker told my sister that the adoptive parents did change his name and that it was a very unique name, and that the family was somewhere in a prestigious living area of St, Louis. My sister was told via a letter from the adoptive mother that he was a very smart young boy and knew that he was adopted and was able to be given a letter that my sister had written to him at the age of ten. Adoptive mom also stated that both of the adoptive parents where doctors of some sort and that they adopted a little girl when Andrew was 9 years old. All contact was confidential and no contact was made after that letter, this is the only information we have on him.
