I was adopted by a couple named, Dan and Jan Smith, in st. Louis. My birth certificate doesn't contain my birth parents info. My adoptive mother told me recently, she thinks my mother passed a few years ago. All I know is that there was this church, called memorial presbyterian church in st. Louis and my parents and I guess birth mother attended. There was a woman named Barbara stulac, that acted as a temporary foster situation I guess. Between the 2. I lived with barb for a while until I was adopted. By adoptive parents were both right around 40 at the time I was adopted. I have no information on my father or his whereabouts, or if I have brothers or sisters etc.
