I believe my birth mom named me Jason (that's what my adoptive parents told me and that's actually my middle name). I don't know much other than the fact that my mom was 17 and finishing high school when I was born. I have some paperwork from LA County about my mom and her family but it's non identifying info of course. I'm now 34 and really want to know more about my background and would like to meet my mom and thank her for having me and giving me up to a nice family to raise me. I feel there is a void in my life as I have very little info on my biological background, etc. I've thought about searching (and tried some) for few years but CA doesn't offer much info or help. I also wonder about any info of my real dad as no info was ever given. Thanks
