This is a post for a relative of mine ( or we strongly believe so ). We know that mother was described as 20 years old, dark features, holds conversation well, and seems at least average in education. Had kidney issues at one point, but believed to be because of pregnancy. Recently received a copy of the original Birth Certificate in MO and found out mother's name is Candi Sue Ledbetter. She has been estranged from the Leadbetters for a while now. Joe also found he has three 1/2 siblings and spoke to all three of em and his biological Mother. On the same day that Joe and I connected his paternal half sister, Casey Shelton, found him and reached out to say hello. The hunt is in for BOTH Casey and Joe's Father as far as I know. Father was not active in planning of adoption or active in pregnancy. Father was 26 at time of birth in 1977. He was adopted out of Kansas City, Mo/ KS when he was 7 days old through the State of Missouri. he currently resides in Bolivar, MO.
