I was born in 1961 and raised by my Mother, Mandy Hampton, in Sacramento (where I still live). My mother told me that my birth father is Willard Pennington (who would have been approx 20-25 yrs old in 1961), and that he had two children who were approx 3 and 5 years old, back in 1961 and their names were Ricky and Debbie Pennington. My mother also told me that she and Willard met while attending night school in 1961, She also said that Willard moved his family (his children, his wife and his parents) out of state in 1961, shortly after she told him she was pregnant with me. She obviously had me out of wedlock. I am searching for my birth father and siblings. I have a black and white photo of Willard at high school graduation and also one of Debbie when she was 6 months old.
