There was not a legal adoption of my sister the hospital Homer G Phillips told my mother the child was deceased, she did not receive a death certificate, after searching for a death certificate , none exist. if you know my sister or have information please contact me my mother who is still alive is praying that she will find her, because she did not know she was alive ,until seeing a posting on Facebook with the same situation and that is when she told me that it is the same hospital that her daughter was born and they told her she passed, please if you have any information please contact me.
