I have received the non-identifying information from the Jackson County court system for my father, and have hired the searcher that is required to receive the identifying information. I would like to register here, on behalf of my father who died in 1984. He searched his whole life to find out where he came from. I would like to find out for him... And for the family he left behind.\nHe was 6'6" tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was adopted from Fairmount Maternity Hospital into the home of my grandparents in Chanute, KS. From what I know, he had one full brother, who was 2 years old when my dad was born.
