I am searching for my half sister. Her birth name might have been Connie, Marie, or Brandy (Brandy Marie?). It is likely she was born between 1975-1983 in either Ohio, California, or New York. Our biological father was Johnny Policara (alias: Policari or Policaris), from New York. He had blond/light brown hair and usually wore it long. He had blue eyes and numerous tattoos. He lived in the CA, OH, and NY areas during this time.
