I am looking for my little sister who was given up for adoption at birth by my mother. I was too young to remember her date of birth but received pictures of her (Rachel) until she was about 1 year old. I have put a request in with the state to see if they will release information. I do know it was a closed adoption, I am still doing research on how to possibly find her or get her original birth certificate. Our mother recently passed away so it is me doing all of the work trying to search for her.
