I am currently seeking my half-brother who was adopted sometime between 1984-1987 in or around Montgomery, Alabama. My father and his family lived there when he was 17 or 18 and got a girl named Carla Wofford or Woffard who was about 16-19 at the time pregnant. She put the baby up for adoption. I was told by my grandmother about 6 or 7 years ago that this half-brother had been in contact with her, that he was engaged and going to Auburn University I believe, and he was looking for our father. She had mentioned to me his name once, but I can't remember it. She passed away suddenly in a tragic accident a little while later, and after a few months thought about finding this half-brother I have out there but I was unable to access her emails or anything to find him. I've tried over the years to search everywhere I can think of for him, short of messaging random Carla Woffards on Facebook to see if they might be the one, if that is even her name. I happened to stumble across this on Google and thought I'd give it a shot. Honestly, I would just like to talk to him .. maybe meet him if he's up to it.
