I placed aaliyah for adoptions the end of 2009 to a family i believe from Iowa, it was suppose to be an open adoption but i havent heard from the family since aaliyah was 2 years old, i have no idea how to get in to contact with them, i have been contacting the adoption agaency for years trying to get ahold of the family that adopted her, the agency has been telling me they tried sending a letter to make contact and there hasnt been none, i dont even know aaliyahs name her adoptive parents changed it to
