Additional Info
I know that him and his sister were going to be adopted by a family however, the adopted mother ended up getting a brain tumor and dying. As a result of him and his sister were separated and at that point I lost track of what happened to them. I am also very very interested in finding his sister however she's still under the age of 18 so I'm not sure how that will work. Any information at this point would be absolutely wonderful. We've been apart long enough.
