Children and Youth services took him from his mother while hisfather was working out of town. His father wasn't told until a few months later. They only allowed him an hour supervised visitation with Thomas. Since he was not around at the time he lost his rights as the father. It was out of his control. Adoptive family called him Tommy. Adoption paperwork had incorrect info for his birthdate. They had August 8, 1995 they don't believe it was ever corrected.
