I am the daughter of Jeff Blair. I am looking for my half brother whom I know very little about. I know he was born about a year and a half before I was my DOB is 3/26/1989, somewhere in California. I was told that he has been re adopted and no one knows what happened to him. For some reason I think his name is Timothy, but that could have changed. Everyone involved doesn't seem to have the answers I need, but if some how you read this I was told the place that had your adoption papers was burned down. Please look for me if you are around.
