My adoption was closed, but I was adoped through a now-defunct Christian private adoption agency. My birth mother was, I believe, between 17 and 19 years old, named Traci or Tracy to the best of my knowledge, and went to the agency with her mother to meet my adoptive parents Ed and Becky when I was 4 days old, on May 28th, 1986. She also had a large grey teddy bear that she sent home with me.\n\nWhen I was 2 or 3, she wrote a letter to my mother on Disneyland stationery that was sent to us through the adoption agency, and talked about how she had recently gotten married, was expecting a child, and was moving to California to - I believe - raise or train horses.\n\nI am not completely sure that her name was Traci Lee, or even if her name was Traci at all, as my adoptive mother has lost the letter and doesn’t remember many specifics. Please, if you gave birth in Tempe on 5/24/86 and gave the little girl up for adoption, get in touch with me.
