I am looking for my Neice since I last seen her on a scheduled visit with the listed foster care agency in 1989. My brother was incarcerated when they sent him papers back then about Linda and he wrote agency and requested that I be able to visit and possible get her out of agency. Visits were going great until foster mother wanted to adopt child and she saw that my Neice and I were forming a bond then she would not show for visits and lied to worker that we were harrasing her when she was the one calling my mom the foster mother. I later was told that my Neice biological mother was deceased . we have always searched for Linda and my brother was killed in a accident 10 yrs ago. My mom now 74 only seen her a few times on visits and my grandma 92 never saw her face to face only the one picture we have of her during a visit. I want so desperately for them as well as her uncle who never seen her or her sister I am raising who has never seen her. It would be a blessing in theres and my life to see and know her again she has always been that missing piece and with my brothers death it has increased the hole especially for my mom and gradmom but we all feel it we pray that you can find her
