Additional Info
I am searching for my son that was born on 2/4/82. The adoption was through the LDS Family Services. I lived with a family in Brea, California when he was born. I am from Salt Lake City, Utah. I went there and stayed with a family because of the beliefs in the LDS church and not wanting to impact my family. His father is Black and I am White. I remember holding him and the love for that beautiful baby boy. I still remember his face and how he felt. I gave birth at the hospital near Brea, Ca. But can’t remember the name. I sent a letter with him and also to his parents, which I still have copies in journal I kept at the time. I have wanted to find him, but didn’t know if I had that right and if he would want to know me. I just want to know that he is happy, loved and that he has had a great life. (I pray!) I have a son who is now 29. He knows about his brother. I just want them to know each other. My son has 4 other 1/2 brothers on his dad’s side but only 'Josh' (as the name I call him) on my side. There isn’t a day that has gone by all these years that I don’t think about him and pray for his happiness. I am not looking to interrupt his life, but just to know he is ok and that he knows I love him and always have, and always will.
