My birth name may have been “Jessicaâ€. I was surrendered for adoption at 3 months old when I was brought to Corning Hospital with a broken leg. I was in foster care until 11 months old, when I was adopted by my parents.
Birth Mother: 17 years old, weighed approximately 130 lbs at the time, 5’ 2†tall, blue eyes, blondish-brown hair and had not re-enrolled to return to high school.
My biological father was described as in his early 20s, a handsome man, a high school graduate, worked as a mechanic, 5' 8' tall, weighed 150 lb, brown hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion.
Maternal Grandfather: Was 6' tall with dark brown hair, worked on a dairy farm prior to becoming disabled and seemed to be a congenial person. Maternal Grandmother: Deceased.
Birth Mother's Siblings: 5 brothers and 1 sister; hair color ranging from light brown to blonde; blue eyes; 3 brothers have graduated from high school and either were serving or had served in the Armed Forces at the time; 1 brother was attending college.
Also, I have a very particular, unusual birth mark that might help identify me to my bio parents.
I do not wish to disrupt anyone's life--only to know for medical reasons and my own peace of mind. My ultimate dream is to have a relationship with one or both of my biological parents, but I understand if that's not possible.
