I am looking for my biological parents. I was adopted as a newborn at Memorial Herman Hospital. I was born on December 15, 1978. I think my mother’s name might have been Elisabeth or Lisa Cox. Lisa Cox was the name on a medical bill my parents received. She was young, maybe sixteen at the time and possible lived in the River Oaks area of Houston. We think there were some complications and bio-mother was in ICU for some amount of time afterward. I have no idea about bio-father other than he was English. English could mean a lot of things. \n\nI am interested in personal health and ancestral information as well as just some idea of where I came from. \n
