Birth father signed away his rights May 19th 1978. My birth mother renee susan perri signed a consent for my adoption feb 15 1978. My adoptive family got me sept 11-1977. My adoption was granted aug 17 1978. I found my birth mother in washington and her father ronald a perri and his wife (not birth grandma) betty v perri who also lives in washington, i have a half sister who is 18 and a half brother who is 16. She says im apart of her past and wants to leave me in the past, which is fine, BUT i would like to find out info about my birth father
