My birth mother died when I was 5 or 6 years old. I was told the man listed on my birth certificate was not my real father, but I do not know for sure. my grandmother's name was Dorothy, but do not know her last name.For my mom I have found records indicating she was born November 6, 1946 in New York and others saying November 10, 1946 in New York. I have found death certificates saying she died December 1, 1983 and December 18, 1983 in San Bernardino, California.I remember an uncle Eugene, her talking about a man named James, I have a sister who was adopted out with me named Christina Morris.
