Searching for a cousin that was given up for adoption in California in the early 1970's. His birth father, my uncle, is Frank W. Blue. They lived in Napa but I'm not sure where the adoption took place at. Unsure of birth mother's name. Frank has mental disabilities due to a TBI suffered in childhood/adolescence. Frank's son was mentioned in my grandfather's obituary in April 1974. \\n Ancestry DNA on file.
