Candy Mehling, born on august 22,1970 at Meadowbrook Hospital in ,East Meadow,NY. Candy was living with her parents and her father was working as a janitor at the apartment complex and was AWOL from the army at the time.The apartment complex was within minutes driving distance from Meadowbrook Hospital. .Candy was abandoned by her mother ,and was found by Child Protective Services on Sunday May 23,1971.The mother was located by the police 3 days later and immediately requested that her daughter go to foster care.The father was planning to go back to the army to face charges against him.The couple did not sustain their relationship and went their separate ways.The father wanted to be a good parent but he had a very poor upbringing because his father was an alcoholic and suffered from frequent seizures .Candy's mother had 3 children before Candy and at the time of Candy's birth were their ages between 1-7..Two of them were born out of wedlock and had gone to foster care.The mother had been divorced from her ex husband mr Mehling since October 20,1970.The mother may have moved to Ohio, got remarried and had possibly 4 more children,after Candy. Candy was her 4th child. The mother now may have as many as 8 children total,including Candy. Candy got adopted by her foster parents John Reid and Rose Reid on December 14, 1976.Candy moved to Hicksville, NY, with her adoptive parents and graduated from Hicksville H.S. in June 1989.Candy got married to her husband George,on February 27,1994 in Levittown ,NY, and now she is a mother of a 6 year old boy named JJ.
Candy is searching since 1998 for her mother,formerly known as Mrs. A. Mehling,current age 68,short, plump, red haired, she probably now goes by her new married name, her biological father:name unknown,current age:69, blue eyes, and 3 siblings,names unknown ,born between 1963 AND 1969.Please LIKE & SHARE !
