as the story goes, bio mother was sent to live with her aunt out here in california so she could have the baby and put it up for adoption. It is my understanding that Stan (adoptee) was a baby that was adopted straight from the hospital which was probably Shasta General but I'm not sure. His bio parents were said to be teenagers at the time, most likely French from the eastern side of the USA. Adoptive parents are Stanley Edward Clewett & Mary Katherine Clewett (Mary just passed away this February).
