I don t have very much information except that she was between the ages of 18-20 years old. I am searching for her more to say thank you for being so unselfish & allowing me to have a good life despite her own feelings. I was born with a serious heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot in June of 1975 at the age of 6 I had my first open heart surgery to correct the two holes in my heart & to unblock my pulmonary valve. I went 36 years telling doctors oh I just had two holes in my heart unti 2011 when I realized what exactly was the condition. In 2009 at the age of 39 I was diagnosed with Poorly Differiated Ductal Carsonoma stage III Breast Cancer. The tumor was an 8cm movable mass right on top of my boot shaped heart literally (I was told I'm Italian!!) I went thru 8 chemotherapy treatments (Adriamycin known as the 'Red Devil' & Taxol) a Radical left Mastectomy & 30 rounds of radiation. I am cancer free now!!! In April of 2012 I had open heart surgery to replace the pulmonary valve because what they did in 1975, the chemo & radiation deteriorated the function of my heart. This in only the tip of the iceberg of my medical nightmare. In August of 2015 two of my parathyroids were removed. In the last 7 years I've had about 20 or so surgeries. So I basically already know my medical history so I just want to find my birth mother to let her know I'm doing good & that she has two grandchildren Andrea 24 & Angelo 21 two great granddaughters Peyton 4 & Paisley 8 months the loves of my life & my redemption. I have two loving parents who are now 84 & 80 & 2 sisters & 2 brothers. My parents were foster parents & told me that they just couldn't give me up that they loved me so much & I grew on them. My parents adopted me when I was 2 1/2 years old & remained foster parents until I was 5!!! They never ever made me feel that I was different & I never longed or blamed my mother for giving me up. I want to thank her she deserves praise for her unselfishness. I registered with the Albany registry back in the early '90's but was told if she's not in there than they can help me. I saw a commercial for your show but since the people on there have information it's easy to find a trail, but I don't have that information so that's why I never pursued it. I don't expect any miracles but what do I have to loose nothing I can only gain & it's better to try & fail they to never try & fail. Thank you for your time.
