My birth mother was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Brooklyn, NY in 1961. She had 9 full siblings and one half brother. She lived in a maternity shelter in Manhattan while pregnant of me. Her dad moved bake to Puerto Rico in 1966 and died in 1968. After giving birth to me she moved back with her mom in Brooklyn and help take care of her siblings. She was the third oldest and had a older sister and older brother. She had 3 younger sisters and 5 younger brothers. My birth mothers mom was from Puerto Rico and my birth fathers dad also was from Puerto Rico but was also Italian. My birth mother was born in 1953 in Puerto Rico and her mom didn't speak english. My birth moms oldest brother was deaf and mute.
