When he took her to meet his mother, my grandmother, his mom did not approve. She did not want him to be involved with a lady who already had three children at such a young age. He wrote my mother a note on a brown piece of paper, handed it to her and walked out of her life. He served during the Vietnam War. He is dark complected, medium height and at the time avergage weight. He was in the NY Vets Memorial hospital, NY, NY for a bit due to seizure activity. He graduated from high school, lived in the Bronx (NY) and was an only child, I think.
