Before any relinquishment papers could be signed, I became very ill in my study home. I was hospitalized on August 9th and at one point, not expected to live. You were dehydrated to the point of going into shock. By August 14th I showed marked improvement and was taking formula. I was discharged from the hospital on August 22nd. Both of my birth parents visited me during my hospitalization.
