Additional Info
I was told my birth mother could not make up her mind about placing me up for adoption from my adopted parents stating I was in a foster home for about 2 months. I guessed on my birth parents ages and told they were in their early 20's, with both having blonde hair and blue eyes. The no identifying information about my birth parents was destroyed in a fire in my adopted mother's home. I have recently requested it as well as sent my DNA sample to ancestry.com, with hopes of finding what I am looking for without having to petition the court with my reasons for wanting to do it.
