I was born Dec 2 1966 on a Friday at 2.33am in Fordham hospital in Bronx NY my birth name is Natalie Taylor my name now is Natalie Lance I have all 3 pages of my non identifying information I'm looking for my mother her 4 sisters who were 18,17,13,10 years of age at the time of my birth all girls my mother was 15 I am also looking for my brother and my sister who would be my age I'm 49 now I know dept of social services handled my adoption my adoption went threw Bronx county court it's said that I'm purto rican threw my father I don't know what nationality my mother was I'm actively looking for my family to my mother Ms Taylor is the name of my mother I don't have her first name and my father's last name was Bellows at the time of my birth
