Am in need of assistance in locating birth parents/siblings for Jana Michelle FARLEY-BROWN. The birth certificate she owns is an AMENDED one. She's never viewed the original one and would like to know how to go about receiving a copy of the original b.c. Her adopted parents were in Whittier, Los Angeles Co., CA at the time of her adoption and later moved to Lancaster, OH. Her adopted mother is deceased and the adopted father is in very poor health. She has no known living birth relatives to help her find her birth parents. Jana's only known heritage is being born from the parents of Spanish and Cherokee. She doesn't know if her adoption was open/semi-open/closed.
