I am sure this was a closed adoption through her Dr. I know they did give Medical information. The father 's daughter had some kind of blood problem. Mom's family had diabetes and heart problems. There was no cancer on her side of the family until Her Mother died of lung cancer but did not smoke, she was the first to die of cancer.
She was divorced and he was married. She went away for the summer and came back before Halloween and we moved away. She had 5 children and one miscarriage, 3 boys 2 girls. We knew nothing of this for at least 15 years. I think he was born late Sept or probably early Oct. She was born in Calif. I know the odds are not good.
He was adopted at birth. She went back to the Dr. of her youngest daughter born in 1956. We looked at her birth certificate to find the Drs name but can't read it. The hospital didn't keep records that far back. He was Jewish (he brought us kids Christmas presents when Dad was out of work and the baby went back to the hospital with Pneumonia). This Dr. set up the adoption for her child in 1965.
