I am the adopted sister I am helping my sister look for her birth parents all I know is that they were students I believe in college possibly Penn State. She is tall and has blue eyes and dirty blonde hair she was adopted as an infant I heard that she was named by the birth mother but it Could possibly be not true the only names I heard were Elizabeth and Heather.
