I am Searching for Any Family Members of The Adoptee "Rexal Nelson Bieber" "Rexal Nelson McLaughlin of North Carolina . All was told that my Father was born on October 8 1964 In Santa Monica Los Angeles California by MOTHER"Crank" on Birth Record and Father JC Bieber "John Charles Bieber Jr" , JC Bieber was a Truck Driver and he was also Married to my Grandmother Patrica Carter of Kenly North Carolina from 1967 to 1969 . I have no idea where John Charles Bieber Jr aka JC Bieber is today or even how to narrow down exactly which John Charles Bieber he is . I just know that John Charles Bieber Jr and my Grandmother Patrica Carter meet in Florida when my Father Rexal Nelson McLaughlin was around age 2-3 and that she supposed to have Adopted my Father as we were told . John Charles Bieber Jr aka JC Bieber Left My Father with my Grandmother Patrica Carter or Either Left him with Other Family Members in Pensacola Florida or Florida around 1968-1969 and JC Bieber was never seen again..
