Even though his parents relinquished their parental rights on January 14 of 1966, someone took the time to name him Patrick Fitzgerald O'Donnell, before he was placed with St. Joseph's Children's and Maternity Hospital 2010 Adams Ave, Scranton, PA 18509. They negotiated the adoption at Scranton Electric Building on 507 Linden Street in Scranton that took place on St. Patricks Day 1966. We think we have found birth father.
