The father (Harah) was 19 yo at the time of birth, the mother (McHone)was 18. The agency also was listed as the County of Los Angeles, Dept. of Charities, with William A Barr as the Superintendent. Walter Heath as the Director in 1962. And John J Nolan, JR as their Attorney. The letter states that Stacey is now the adoptee of Arthur Theodore Honey and Evelyn Maxine Honey (Moyer)(Mullins). The birth certificate was amended to show that they are the parents of Nancy Roxanne Honey, this letter is dated JAN. 14, 1965. She has a brother named Glenn Martin Honey that lives in TX. He will not communicate. Her father Arthur will not communicate, nor will 'Maxine' who lives in an assisted home in Mesa, AZ.. Letters have been written to the Dept. of Social Services with nothing but a run around, letters to the Governor Edmund G. Brown, JR and letters to Los Angeles County Superior Court. NO AVAIL. Please, help shed some light with this case. Just one piece of information. It's been 51 years!!!
