My father has been searching for many years to find his birth parents or any family members and has had no luck. He had little information just that his birthplace could be either Berkeley CA or Oakland CA he was born 2/12/63 and adopted two weeks later not sure if he was in foster care or if the parents decided in the two weeks that it would be best to place hime for adoption. Any help on information regarding his birth family is greatly appreciated.
