I was adopted by my stepfather in 1970. When I was approximately 15 to 17 months old my mother gave birth to a baby boy who was given up for adoption right after birth . He possibly has a different father than I but my mom was still married to Darwin Waterman at the time. I would like to locate my brother if at all possible
