Not sure if Mother was married at the time. The mother had a son born at Lower Bucks Hospital 12/12/1959 father's name Russell J. Collings. Son also named the same. A year later she gave birth to a son William Russell Collings that died shortly after birth. I'm guessing the adopted baby we believe to be a male was born the following year in 1961 not sure if last name would have been Mother's maiden name of Ossman or Collings. Fairly certain the birth was Lower Bucks Hospital, Bucks County, PA
