I am Jennifer Jackson Palmer, I am looking for my mothers biological family. My mother was TAMARA ELNEDA PERRY(adoptive name). We believe she was born to a young unwed mother with the last name Adkins. We have been lead to believe the absentee father may have been a Wagner. She was born December 18, 1961 at PERALTA HOSPITAL in Oakland, California. Tamara was adopted by Clarence Perry and Marlene Jane Kearney Perry. Tamara died August 4, 1981 in Almeda, California. We believe her real mothers last name was ADKINS. We are looking for anyone that may know anything about this situation, or may have heard a story, etc. \n\n*Both of Tamara’s adopted parents passed when I was young and we have little to no information surrounding the adoption of Tamara. The hospital she was born in is now closed (so we understand) and the adoption records are sealed. \n\n*Tamaras adoptive parents info: Marlene Kearney Perry was originally from PA and moved to California.
