I am searching for a set of twin boys who were supposedly adopted out to a family in Tennessee. I do not know who their birth mother was but their birth father was Hugh Arnold Parker. There are siblings searching for these boys and any information would be helpful. We do not know when they were born but believe they were born in either Brazoria or Harris County, Texas.

The last child we have record of for Hugh Arnold Parker was born in 1962. He also had a son born in 1958 who was adopted out to a family in Oklahoma, another son born in July 1960, also adopted out to the same family as his older brother in Oklahoma. The daughter that was born in 1962 was not adopted out and was raised by her mother (also the mother of the 1958 and 1960 boys).

At the time of Hugh Arnold Parker's death, a banker approached the family and told them he had arranged an adoption for a set of twins to a family in Tennessee. Please help us find them.
