The doctor that signed my birth certificate was A. Kay Dooley, D.O. A doctor Malcolm H. Merrill signed the certification document. I guess I was listed as Baby X on the back upper right corner of the Certificate of Birth from Park Avenue Hospital. My birth parents lived in Upland, California at the time that they adopted me. I weighed 7lbs. & 11 ozs. and was 19 1/4 ' long. We still all reside in Upland or nearby. My adoptive father worked at General Dynamics at the time.
