Birth Father's name not known. Adoptee's Father's name was Grady Brooks.
I do not know the name of the hospital she was born at. My Mom made several attempts in her life to contact Cynthia but was halted by family members...I don't even know if she knows she was adopted. The birth Mother, my Mother, Marj Johnson passed away from pancreatic cancer in December 2008. I have two sisters, Nancy Murphy from Tulsa, OK and Peggy Murphy Shea from Glenwood, MN. We had a brother, Mitchell Murphy whom passed away in July of 1990 from a car accident. Our Father, Clifton Murphy died in 1969. Our mother raised us in Minnesota for the most part with a few years in the Fort Worth area.
