Dear Judy, you were the lovely person who called me at work (Kaiser Oakland) on April 7, 2014 to inform me of my adoption. I am trying to figure out if I was born inside Agnews State Hospital where my mother had been confined or if I was born at a hospital in San Jose. There;s no hospital listed on my altered birth certificate. It is extremely important to me to know if Miriam Sommer was pregnant with me in 1953 in Agnews and gave birth to me there or is she gave birth to me in a hospital in San Jose and is so, which one.
