My mother has brothers, who are twins, that were adopted within the first year of life, two years before she was born. The brothers were most likely born in San Diego, Calfornia, in 1949. What complicates matters more is that my mother was also adopted. Her mother's name is a bit of a mystery (either Carmen Jeanne Baker, Carmen Jeanne Buckland or Jeanne Baker). She would like to contact her brothers but is running into roadblocks on Ancestry.com. Hopefully we can start this process and be more succesful.
