I am 60 years old and was informed by my elderly father only 6 years ago in 2004 that I'm adopted. I have a sister, Susan Frances Schnieders, 9/27/46 that was also adopted. JoAnn Schnieders Wilber 8/12/42 is the biological daughter of my adoptive parents, John and Annie Blair Schnieders. The address on my birth certificate states the address as 500 N. Vega St. Alhambra, CA 91801. There may be a connection to Loyola Law School and St. James Parish in Redondo Beach CA in my adoption. The Lawyer involved was Martin Hess. My sister Susan recently received information on her birth parents and her adoption was listed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Action # AD 12570. My father is 100 years old and can't recall anything. All other relatives that had information on my adoption are deceased.
