Mom found out a few years ago that she was adopted, she is now 66 years old. Unfortunately, the parents that adopted her never gave her any information or even told her before they passed away. We know her birth was in queens hospital and the doctors name is Dr. Panebianco. The State of NY has the adoption record but says it is sealed because of the year 1945. My daughter and I have had some health issues and would really like to at least get any medical information and my mom and I are at a loss as to what to do anymore.
